Oscuridad Cercana is a Film and Theater Production Company founded by the awarded screenwriter and director Carlos Molinero.

We are interested in occult, black comedy and horror without solution of continuity. In short, in any form of contact with the invisible.

We are based in Madrid, Spain.

He is an awarded screenwriter and director. He has a Goya award as screenwriter for “Salvajes” /2001/ and the Minotauro novel award for “Verano de Miedo” /2014/. He premiered and co-directed the spiritualist horror play “Verónica” /2012/.

He has written in multiple TV series such as “Cuéntame cómo pasó”, “El Comisario” or “Brigada Costa del Sol”.

She is a writer, producer and cultural manager. She directs the Sui Generis Madrid festival and the cultural association Besarilia. She has worked on several audiovisual projects as co-writer, producer and consultant.

Her publications include “Elisa y el escarabajo”, her first novel, the essay “Batman and Joker: Duel in Gotham” and “Diosa Fortuna” /Apache Libros/, her second novel.
